Adobe 2017: Redefine Customer Experience Through Adobe Applications
The Adobe Summit 2017 marks the new innovations as highlighted in the conference with twelve thousand attendees unveiling Experience Cloud consisting of Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics Cloud, and Adobe Advertising Cloud. The company announced Adobe Sensei’s new partnerships, intelligence features and web developing tools. A combination of solutions to transform customer web experienced were also announced by Adobe as they partner with Microsoft. The new Adobe Spark enables students, bloggers, marketers, and small business owners to create and share visual stories without attending formal training or a short course on web design and development. Adobe also introduced in the conference the new developments including partner integrations, new tools and new Sensei capabilities through its Cloud Platform. The core of intelligence on the Cloud Platform is Adobe Sensei, offering AI framework, unified machine learning and intelligent services to its customers. Adobe Sensei have new capabilities such as Fluid Experiences, Auto-Target, Enhanced Anomaly Detection and Contribution Analysis.
